Meet & Greets

Meet & Greet - New Client  ( FREE )

Prior to receiving any Dog Walking or Pet Sitting services, all new clients must complete the complimentary Meet & Greet. This meeting takes place in your home and allows us the opportunity to meet your pets and begin the process of bonding with them. We also get to meet you the pet parents and to complete all the required documents that allow us to provide the proper care for your pets and home while you are away.
This meeting usually takes approximately an hour.


Mini Meet & Greet - Optional for Current Clients (starting at $17.50 +HST)

We offer current clients the opportunity to meet new staff members in person. This meeting takes place in your home and allows the sitter the opportunity to meet you, your pet(s) and begin the process of bonding with them.
This meeting is approximately 30 minutes

Mini Meet & Greet - Current Clients (starting at $17.50 +HST)

This meeting is a requirement when there is a significant change to routines, when a new four paws family member arrives or when a client moves to a new location.
This meeting usually takes approximately 30 minutes

Statutory Holiday Premium - 50% surcharge for all visits that fall on a Statutory Holiday including: New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day & Boxing Day.
All Rates are Subject to 13% HST & are Subject to Change Without Notice
Pet Sitting Cancellation Policy - 50% Charge of Services Cancelled (regardless of reason)
Due to Our First Come First Serve Policy - No Refunds are granted if Clients Return Home Early
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking when clients book multiple pet sitting visits in one day,  services total $100 or greater before taxes, when booking Tuck In Visits or when clients book services during long weekends, the month of December or the March Break.
