I want to thank Stephanie for saving my life. I fractured my left ankle almost two weeks ago while walking my dog George and cannot walk more than a few steps. I have a full cast on. I phoned Stephanie from the hospital in tears and begged her for help. Not only did she agree to walk George every day until I recovered, she rearranged her busy schedule to accommodate me. Without her, I would have had no option but to board him or only allow him out to poop and pee. She is here every day and does not hesitate to help me cope by moving heavy items for me. George adores her and waits by the window every morning for her, wagging his tail in anticipation. She is such a friendly, positive and empathetic person. Thank you Stephanie. You are a godsend.

'In December, 2018, I broke my ankle badly and phoned Stephanie from the hospital in a panic.  I was in no position to walk my dog George!  Stephanie immediately told me she would help.  I spent the entire winter of 2018 in either a cast or walker boot. It was too dangerous for me to deal with all the ice and I was trapped indoors.  Stephanie and her associate Brittany were there every morning without fail to walk George.  Stephanie was a lifesaver – she went far beyond the call of duty by offering to help me with household chores (like putting blue boxes out on garbage day or picking up my mail).  I don’t know what I would have done without her!  It was a very depressing time for me, and without the help of Stephanie and Brittany I don’t know how I could have coped.  One of them appeared every day with a smile and a positive attitude. And George just loves them!  Their kindness and compassion kept me going every day and I cannot recommend Just Four Paws enough!’

Stephanie and her team at Just Four Paws are amazing! We’ve had to go away a lot this year and they’ve taken great care of our two cats. Stephanie sends us updates daily and posts the cutest pictures on their Facebook page. We always come home to happy, well taken care of cats and I definitely recommend them!

Thank you Stephanie for going above and beyond as you always do! You are an incredible person, and have continued to provide care for not only your four paws clients, but their humans as well! Stephanie went above and beyond today delivering me some grocery essentials as I am at home not feeling well and isolating myself to ensure no one else catches a cold (not to worry it's just a seasonal cold)! You did not have to offer to help with errands, but your huge heart leads you to always do what you can! Thank you for providing a contactless way for me to get some essential groceries, and leaving such a sweet note along with them at my door! You know you are always my first choice when it comes to my fur babies, and thank you for being a great human as always!

For those of you who are unaware Just Four Paws used to be Pet Pawsitive's Mobile Pet Care Specialists. I, Tanya Dawes, Owner of now, Pet Pawsitive's Luxury Pet Resort Inc. started Pet Pawsitive Mobile Services back in 2009, I sold the business to Jessica Natale just before opening the resort and it recently sold again to Stephanie Bell who is operating it exactly the same as when I operated it, it's very humbling to know that the business is still growing strong and run by a professional!

( I love seeing their facebook posts of all the furbabies I got the pleasure to care for, even going back to 2009) It's so nice to see that our original clients are still very pleased with the services and the care provided).

When you hire Just Four Paws you can expect that you will always know what time your sitter visited your home, you'll receive an update after each visit, they are fully insured and bonded and use PetSitClick the same as we do here at the resort, so clients have the ability to update their care instructions for each pet and communicate with their sitter at all times. It's a very professional but personable service.

The one thing that I absolutely love about Just Four Paws (Stephanie and her staff) is that my dogs are in the best hands when I need them to be attended to.  It is very reassuring to know that my dogs, whether it would be 2 of them, Sasha and Pearl, or if the third (Luna) is around, that they are very well cared for and loved as if they were their own pets.  I have complete trust and faith in knowing that Just Four Paws always delivers through the services as promised.  I also really appreciated the flexibility that Stephanie has shown at times when my work schedule changes suddenly and she is more than willing to work something out.  What is also exceptional is the follow up for every visit as well at times the great pics I get to see and share on Facebook from time to time.  It is very comforting and definitely at peace of mind retaining the services of Just Four Paws!!  Thank you ever so much!!

Having a house with many pets, it's often cumbersome to call in favours from friends and family to watch our dogs and cats while we are away - Just Four Paws takes all of this burden away by not only caring for our pets, but doing so in their home environment where they have their daily routines and are most comfortable. The email updates after every visit are so reassuring in letting us know everyone is doing just fine while we are away from home. We're so grateful to Stephanie and her team for consistently accommodating our needs and giving personalized care to our fur babies - even the fish!

Since Stephanie took over Just Four Paws the transition has gone very smoothly. Stephanie is a very positive person and truly cares about our pets.  Clouseau and I are very happy with the new arrangement.

Steph and her team are professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Most importantly, it's obvious that they genuinely love the animals that are in their charge. Our dog Reggie and our cat Bentley have both received care from Just Four Paws and we have been incredibly happy with the services they've provided. My boyfriend works out of town each week and Reggie loves his dog walking visits while I'm at my job! When we were on holiday last month, Steph contacted me to let us know that Bentley had a sizable tick on him and that it should be safely removed by a vet. She arranged the vet appointment and took him the following day. I was a bit nervous about how he would handle a visit as he had been a stray and had not yet been to a vet, but Steph kept me updated and assured me he was a great patient! Just last week, when Sara arrived for Reggie's dog walking visit, she realized that he had been sick in his crate and was unwell. I was immediately notified and was able to leave work early. Sara volunteered to stay longer than her scheduled visit just so Reggie wasn't alone before I got there. When I arrived, I found him happily curled up with her, and his crate completely cleaned out. I was very grateful that she was there for him while he was feeling so sick. I highly recommend Just Four Paws and their pet sitting services. My furbabies love their visits and I know that they are in safe hands while I am not home!

We would highly recommend Just Four Paws to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy pet sitter/dog Walker. Stephanie came to our home and spent time getting to know us and our dogs before she came to actually take care of our dogs. The three dogs all "took" to Stephanie very quickly and we knew we had found the right company and person whom we could trust in our home with our Fur babies while we were away.
